We are seeking fun, energetic Hall Hosts to join our team!
Our passionate Hall Hosts ensure guests’ questions are answered promptly and correctly in a friendly manner while keeping hospitality at the forefront. Your responsibility is to represent our brand by helping to create the best in class dining and entertainment hub. Be the most informed person in the venue and prepare to answer questions about the week’s events and other on-goings here at the hall.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior restaurant experience is desired but not required.
Must be able to read and speak English; bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
Fun, energetic, and work with a genuine care for the guest experience
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 pounds.
Maintain current Food Handler’s and State Alcohol Serving certifications (upon hire).
Practice proper sanitation procedures and adhere to regulations regarding hospitality service.
Must be available to work a variety of shifts: days, evenings, late nights, weekends, and various holidays
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
Greet and welcome guests professionally and friendly.
Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
Wear the proper uniform at all times (all Team Members require non-slip shoes).
Perform opening, closing, and side work duties
Communicate questions or issues to Management promptly.
Work collaboratively with coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
Set up the team for success in the next shift.
Respond to guest questions in a friendly and enthusiastic tone.
Keep floors and walkways clean and free of debris.
Provide guests the “right of way”
Assist with operational needs when necessary and asked of.
Provide genuine hospitality.
Understand and apply proper phone etiquette.
