Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Installation Manager, based in Nashville, TN, with some flexibility for remote work. The Installation Manager will lead and oversee the in-home installation and setup of golf simulator systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients on design and customization needs, managing project timelines, coordinating with vendors, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing post-installation support. Candidates should demonstrate leadership in maintaining effective communication with clients and internal teams to guarantee satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management, including managing timelines, budgets, and client expectations
- Technical knowledge in System Installation, Equipment Setup, and Troubleshooting
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members
- Understanding of Design and Aesthetic principles for creating custom spaces
- Proficiency in using technical tools and software to manage and execute installations
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in residential or commercial installation projects is highly beneficial
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical training is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the central and southeastern United States
