Job Responsibilities
This role involves working closely with internal and external customers, as well as vendors, to resolve issues and provide technical support. You'll be responsible for developing quality plans for products, implementing corrective action based on root cause analysis, and leading quality improvement efforts through training, communication, and implementation of new processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining machine and assembly production lines
- Preparing manufacturing documentation and coordinating projects
- Developing knowledge and skills in lean manufacturing practices
We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, ability to think progressively and creatively, and basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
