Essential Functions & Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily:
- Coach scrum teams on Scrum/Agile practices.
- Designs and develops best practices, processes, and policies related to project management.
- Lead recurring daily scrum meetings.
- Conduct sprint retrospectives.
- Proactively manage changes in product scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Monitors, and reports on key performance indicators for product development activities.
- Effectively communicate business expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve business goals.
- Identify and manage dependencies and critical path to product launch.
- Conduct status reviews for executives.
- Conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Maintain project management systems and documentation.
- Support product launches through procurement and operational activities.
- Other duties, as required.

Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required for this position.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from four year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience; and
- 3 to 5 years demonstrated experience leading projects.
- PMP certification preferred.
- SAFe certification preferred.
- Scrum Master certification preferred.
- An engineering background is not required but considered a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Jira or similar.
- Familiar with ERP systems such as JD Edwards.
- For business and safety reasons, ability to write reports and business correspondence in English and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, technicians, and assemblers in English.
- Assist the organization with establishing practices that align with ISO requirements.
