We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team with daily operations. This role involves processing sales and purchase orders, coordinating shipments, and working closely with customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
Responsibilities- Enter and process sales orders and purchase orders in the system
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide product information
- Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments
- Arrange shipments and work with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly reports to management
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with basic computer proficiency
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
- Mandarin bilingual is a plus
- No prior experience required — training will be provided
