ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, LLC, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support our Prime NASA program at Katherine Johnson IV&V facility in Fairmont, WV.
Performs a variety of multi-trade maintenance tasks required to operate, preserve, and maintain the structural, aesthetic, and light mechanical integrity of a 52,610 square foot secure federal facility. Operating as a versatile component of a lean 3-person facility team, this position requires broad, practical familiarity across multiple basic trades—including interior painting, light-duty plumbing, secondary building repairs, and localized preventative maintenance.
The General Maintenance Worker completes work orders with minimal daily supervision, exercises sound judgment to escalate complex systemic failures to the Facility Manager, and supports the security and operational continuity of the facility’s secure spaces.
