This entry-level, part-time hybrid position based in Tempe, AZ will assist with developing and maintaining project profiles, coordinating business card orders, organizing communication materials, and supporting day-to-day communication initiatives across the organization.
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, organized, and eager to gain hands-on business and communications experience in a collaborative environment. This role is well suited for a recent graduate, current student, or early-career professional interested in business communications, marketing support, or corporate administration.

- Assist with the creation, formatting, and organization of marketing and communication collateral materials
- Support the development and maintenance of project profiles and company documentation
- Coordinate business card orders and ensure accuracy of employee information and branding standards
- Maintain organized electronic files, templates, and communication records
- Assist with internal communication efforts and general administrative support tasks
- Proofread documents for formatting, grammar, spelling, and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to support various communication and operational initiatives
- Perform additional administrative and communications-related duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills

- Previous internship, office administration, communications, or customer service experience
- Experience formatting professional documents and presentations
