ASRC Federal currently has an opening for a Systems Management SME supporting the HEITS Contract as part of an Insider Threat Program (ITP). This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience to execute the sustainment, development, and advancement of the ITP cybersecurity infrastructure baseline. The ITP mission is to identify insider threats to the department by utilizing advanced analytics, monitoring, and data correlation which in turn help address and eliminate potential threat actors from compromising the Agency mission.
Work arrangement: Onsite (Mon-Fri at customer location)

Clearance:
- Top Secret/SCI
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree and (12) years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (10) years of prior relevant experience
- Working knowledge of defense-in-depth principles, network/HW/SW security architecture, network topology, IT device integrity, and common security elements
- Prior leadership responsibilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experienced and adept at developing and maintaining technical documents, analyses, and reports
- Experienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management, and customer stakeholders
- Ability to obtain DHS EOD SCI
- Experience leading a team of engineers in support of hardware infrastructure.
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in IT Management, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience (10 years) in IT service delivery management
- Experience with User Activity Monitoring products and platforms
- Experience with EverFox High Speed Guard Platform
- Experience with VMWare and/or Hyper-V virtualization solutions. Experience with On Premise Systems Infrastructure
