We are seeking a Network Operations Analyst to support the planning, coordination, and execution of network operations activities across a complex, mission-critical environment. This role will contribute to operational readiness, stakeholder coordination, and program reporting while helping improve processes and visibility across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Support development and maintenance of operational plans, including documenting roles, responsibilities, processes, and interfaces across stakeholders
- Develop and maintain operational workflows, value stream maps, and interface diagrams to improve coordination and efficiency
- Support mission readiness activities, including development of readiness review materials and coordination of inputs across multiple teams
- Track and coordinate status of ongoing work, ensuring alignment with timelines and visibility into open actions
- Maintain and manage action tracking systems to support accountability and transparency across efforts
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate activities to support key meetings and reviews (e.g., project and program reviews), including tracking and following up on action items
- Generate presentations, charts, dashboards, correspondence, and other programmatic deliverables to support real-time operations and leadership insight
- Draft memos, summaries, and briefing materials, including proofreading and providing technical editing to ensure clarity and consistency across deliverables
- Compile feedback from multiple stakeholders into clear, cohesive messaging for leadership and program communications
- Manage and maintain documentation within centralized repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Teams), ensuring accessibility and version control
- Support coordination across internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to enable operational alignment and information sharing
- Assist in development of policies, procedures, and guidance documentation aligned with organizational standards
- Support development of recurring program deliverables, including status reports, dashboards, and leadership briefings
- Operate within agile processes and practices, adapting to evolving priorities and mission needs
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business, information systems, or similar)
- 3 years of experience in operations, program analysis, or technical program support
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience developing documentation, reports, and briefing materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with NASA Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) processes or other government financial management frameworks
- Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder programs
- Familiarity with mission readiness or operational review processes
- Experience with action tracking, reporting, or program control activities
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as SharePoint or workflow automation tools
- Experience working in government or aerospace environment
