Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline with 2 years of relevant experience, or 0 years’ experience with a Maters’ Degree
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application
- Familiarity in a variety of AI/ML techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Experience with programming in Python, R, or other relevant languages
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras
- Experience with Large Language Models/Generative AI and Prompt Engineering. Also, using LLM/GAI solutions for usage in human-machine teaming for Software Development
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
- Experience in Engineering and Aerospace
- Familiarity with MLOps and deploying models at scale.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other methods for evaluating the performance of AI/ML models
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
- Experience working with sensitive data and adhering to data privacy regulations
- Experience in Modeling and Simulation
- Knowledge of the flight characteristics, motion, atmospheric dynamics, and performance of missiles
- Knowledge of engineering modeling principles behind body motion, trajectory analysis, counter measures, debris, and signature modeling
- Background with missile system models, atmospheric dynamics, and performance
- Experience in Agile software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
