We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our family medicine team in beautiful Tomahawk, Wisconsin!

LOCATION: Tomahawk, Wisconsin
FTE: 1.0 - Full-time
Opportunity:
· Clinic hours: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
· Flexible scheduling with the option for a four-day workweek
· On-call responsibilities: 1-2 weeks per year, covering evenings and weekends (Monday through the following Monday)
· Average patient load: 16-22 per day
· Work alongside a team of experienced providers
· Our clinic is a certified Rural Health Clinic
· Previous APC experience required
