Role: SAP Funds Management (FM) Consultant
Location: Remote 20% travel to PA (Expenses covered)
Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and support of SAP Funds Management including budgeting, fund/fund center hierarchy, commitment items, availability control, and budgeting workflows.
- Work with finance and public-sector business teams to define fund structures, budget carry-forward, grants-to-funds mapping, and reporting requirements.
- Configure AVC (Availability Control), budget versions, derivation rules, and budget release processes.
- Integrate FM with FI-GL, AP, AR, MM, and Grants Management for end-to-end financial processes.
- Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Troubleshoot issues related to budget posting, derivations, AVC errors, and reporting inconsistencies.
- Prepare functional specs for enhancements and coordinate with ABAP/BTP teams.
- 8 12 years SAP Funds Management experience (public sector preferred).
- Strong FM configuration and AVC expertise.
- Hands-on integration experience with FI/CO/MM/GM.
- Experience supporting government/nonprofit budgeting models.
