Job Title: Senior SAP ABAP / Fiori Consultant (SAP BRIM)
Location: Harrisburg, PA (Hybrid – Requires 1 week on-site per month)
Project Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Fiori Consultant to join a large-scale digital transformation project for a major U.S. roadway/transportation client. The client is implementing a cutting-edge solution based on SAP BRIM and Microsoft Dynamics CE. You will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), designing and developing complex applications and collaborating with a high-performing SAP consulting team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- End-to-End ABAP Development: Lead backend development using ABAP OO, BAPIs, BADIs, Enhancements, and the Events Framework. Perform performance tuning and optimization.
- SAP BRIM Enhancement: Build custom components and enhancements specific to FICA (Events), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Subscription Billing.
- Fiori / UI5 Frontend: Develop and design responsive Fiori applications (transactional, analytical, and fact sheets). Build custom UI using SAPUI5, Fiori Elements, OData services, and CDS-based reporting.
- Configuration & Security: Manage Fiori Launchpad configuration, catalog/group setups, and Fiori security roles.
- Process Integration: Integrate Fiori apps with SAP BRIM workflows and backend FICA/CI services. Manage process flows including CC Charging & Rating.
- Cross-Module Integration: Ensure seamless integration with SD, FI, CRM, and ECC/S/4HANA systems.
- S/4HANA Transformation: Support S/4HANA BRIM conversions, migrations, CDS extensibility, and enhance billing/financial posting processes via ABAP and BRF .
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8–12 years of deep SAP ABAP experience (ABAP OO, Enhancements, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits).
- 5 years of hands-on SAP Fiori/UI5 experience (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, OData, CDS Views, RAP Model).
- Strong SAP BRIM expertise: Proven technical experience with FICA, Convergent Invoicing (CI), and Convergent Charging (CC).
- Extensive experience utilizing BRF and the SAP Event Framework.
- Prior experience with S/4HANA BRIM technical conversions or migrations.
- Solid functional understanding of cross-module integration (SD, FI, CO).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or a related field.
