Job Title: Project Manager – PLM / Engineering Systems

Job Summary
Seeking experienced Project Managers to lead PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and Engineering Systems initiatives. The role involves managing cross-functional teams, driving PLM enhancements and implementations, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PLM and Engineering Systems projects from planning through deployment.
- Coordinate business, engineering, IT, QA, and vendor teams.
- Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live activities.
- Communicate project status, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Support process improvements and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of IT Project Management experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional enterprise projects.
- Experience supporting PLM or Engineering Systems implementations/enhancements.
- Strong expertise in project planning, risk management, testing, deployment, and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
