Looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in LCNC workflow automation, preferably n8n, within Banking/Financial Services.
Key Skills:
- n8n, Power Automate, Zapier, Appian
- Workflow Automation & Process Orchestration
- Requirement Gathering & Stakeholder Management
- Agile/Scrum, BPMN, API Integrations
- AI Tools: ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements
- Design and document automation workflows
- Work with business & technical teams for delivery
- Support UAT, go-live, and optimization
- Drive AI-enabled automation initiatives
Required:
- 8–10 years as Business Analyst
- Banking/Financial Services experience preferred
- Strong experience in enterprise automation & digital transformation
