Role: BSA / Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 Months
Experience: 4–6 Years
Key Requirements
- Strong Salesforce business analysis experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and user story creation.
- Process mapping, gap analysis, and current/future-state documentation.
- Stakeholder management across business, product, and engineering teams.
- UAT planning, facilitation, and defect triage.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, or PRM processes.
- Proficiency with Jira or similar tools.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into clear technical requirements.
Preferred
- Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
- Experience in partner operations, channel sales, or alliance programs.
- Agile experience with sprint planning and backlog grooming.
- Salesforce Communication Cloud experience.
