The Business Development Outreach Coordinator is a field-based, relationship-driven role responsible for expanding Aspire365’s presence across healthcare providers, community organizations, and strategic partners. This individual will serve as the front-line ambassador of Aspire365’s comprehensive behavioral health services, building meaningful relationships that drive referrals, increase access, and strengthen market penetration.

This individual will serve as the front-line ambassador of Aspire365’s comprehensive behavioral health services, building meaningful relationships that drive referrals, increase access, and strengthen market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person visits to healthcare providers including primary care, specialty clinics, urgent care centers, and hospital systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, community stakeholders, and partner organizations
- Represent Aspire365 at community events, health fairs, and networking opportunities
- Deliver clear, compelling education on Aspire365 services and referral pathways
- Identify and activate new referral sources within the assigned territory
- Execute outreach strategies aligned with Aspire365's market expansion plan
- Support activation of payer relationships through provider engagement (e.g., SelectHealth, Medicare Advantage, commercial plans)
- Track referral trends and proactively address gaps
- Conduct follow-up visits and maintain ongoing engagement with key accounts while gathering and communicating partner feedback to internal teams
- Utilize CRM tools to document outreach activity, contacts, and outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership on territory planning, prioritization, and outreach campaigns
- Distribute Aspire365 marketing materials and ensure consistent, professional brand representation
- Clearly communicate Aspire365's value proposition: rapid access to care, full continuum behavioral health services, an outcomes-driven care model, and tele-behavioral accessibility across urban and rural settings
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of experience in healthcare outreach, business development, or provider relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable with frequent local travel and in-field work
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare sales, or care coordination
- Existing relationships within Utah healthcare markets
- Familiarity with payer structures and referral networks
- Experience using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
