Aspire Youth Engagement Inc is seeking Dance, Theater, and Drum Instructors to work with middle school–aged students in our after-school enrichment programs. We have immediate openings for creative, reliable, and youth-focused performing arts educators.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 1–2 days per week, 3:00–6:00 PM
- Compensation: $1,500 stipend per site $250 sign-on bonus per site
- Program Type: After-school enrichment / Visual & Performing Arts
- Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
- Teach and supervise after-school classes in dance, theater, or drumming
- Coach students in age-appropriate techniques and performance skills
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with Aspire Youth Engagement Inc staff and site coordinators
- Support student growth, creativity, and confidence
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years teaching experience in dance, theater, music, or performing arts
- Experience working with middle school–aged youth
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Credential or formal training in your discipline preferred

Qualifications
· Dance : Credentialed (Preferred)
· Teaching: 1-2 years experience or more in performing arts (Required)
· High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
