Position Overview:
The FRAME (Film Readiness & Media Education) Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of the FRAME program. This includes recruiting participants, coordinating training logistics, leading workplace readiness instruction, providing case management and supportive services, tracking participant progress, and building strong relationships with employers and industry partners to facilitate work experience opportunities and job placements.
The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and creative professional with experience in workforce development, youth programming, and/or media education with a passion for helping young adults launch sustainable careers in film and digital media.
Key Responsibilities
Program Recruitment & Outreach
· Recruit and enroll (3) cohorts of (12) eligible participants each, from Burlington, Camden, and Gloucester counties.
· Conduct outreach through community, organizations schools, local events, etc...
· Facilitate information sessions, orientations, and registration appointments.
Training Coordination
· Manage all logistics related to training schedules, facilities, materials, and equipment.
· Coordinate closely with our partners from Creative Content on Demand (CCoD) to align technical training with program goals.
· Ensure instructors and guest speakers have the necessary resources and support.
Instruction & Facilitation
· Lead Workplace Readiness training sessions, covering topics such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, professionalism, and financial literacy.
· Facilitate workshops on job readiness, mock interviews, and industry networking.
· Support participants in building resumes, portfolios, and LinkedIn profiles.
Case Management & Support Services
· Provide one-on-one coaching and support to help participants address barriers to completion (transportation, childcare, technology, etc.).
· Connect participants with supportive resources including driver’s education, professional attire, and childcare as needed.
· Maintain accurate participant files, attendance records, and case notes.
Partnerships & Employer Engagement
· Build and maintain relationships with employers, unions, and industry organizations to identify internship, apprenticeship, and employment opportunities.
· Assist with job matching and placement during the post-training career support phase.
· Represent Aspire and the FRAME program at community and industry events.
Data Tracking & Reporting
· Track participant progress, credential attainment, and employment outcomes using internal data tracking systems.
· Prepare reports and success stories for social media, funders and stakeholders.
· Ensure compliance with grant requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in communications, education or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, workforce development, career services, or media-related training.
· Strong facilitation and public speaking skills; able to engage diverse young adult learners.
· Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills; highly self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple partners, manage complex logistics, and track program outcomes.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data systems; familiarity with film/media production workflows, Adobe Creative Suite, or digital storytelling is a plus.
· Knowledge of Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties communities and community-based organizations preferred.

· Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance (mileage reimbursement provided).
· Flexible hybrid schedule with a minimum of three in-office days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
· Full-time, salaried position; annual compensation is $55-58K, commensurate with experience.
