Role Summary

Aspire Systems is hiring a senior BFS Hunter Sales Leader to drive net-new logo acquisition across North America. This is a pure hunting role focused on selling AI-led, digital, data, and platform engineering services into Banks, Financial Institutions, and FinTech firms.

This role is built for sellers who consistently create pipeline, open new enterprise doors, and close complex IT services and transformation programs.

• Core banking & lending platform modernization
• Data, analytics & risk transformation programs
• Digital engineering & managed services deals

Candidate Profile

• 15 years IT services sales experience
• 5 years BFS vertical selling
• Proven hunter — multiple net-new logos won
• Experience selling into:
• Banks
• Credit unions
• FinTechs
• Financial platforms
• Exposure to Temenos / Finastra / core banking ecosystem preferred
• Strong CXO access & deal shaping ability

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, trainic licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

The salary range displays the minimum and maximum targets for this position across all US locations and has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $180,000 to $200,000. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits, or variable bonus programs. Final compensation decisions will depend on the unique facts and circumstances of each candidate.
