About The Role
As a Shower Aide (CNA), you will play a vital role in ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of our residents. Your Shower Aide (CNA) responsibilities will include:
- Providing individualized shower and bath assistance to our residents, focusing on their comfort, dignity, and safety
- Assisting with personal care activities, such as dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Supporting our residents' independence and autonomy through person-centered care

- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with a minimum of 50 pounds
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
