About The Role
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Senior Living Pleasant Hill, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring resident vital signs and reporting any changes or concerns
- Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and families
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
