Clinical Liaison – Aspire Senior Living
Aspire Senior Living is seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Liaison to join our growing team. As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting admissions across our skilled nursing facilities by screening referrals, building relationships with referral partners, and driving census growth through strategic outreach and education.
Key Responsibilities
Referral Management:
Screen all referrals for eligibility and coordinate with admissions teams to make timely decisions on acceptance.
Assist with managed care authorization requests when necessary.
Relationship Building:
Visit referral hospitals daily to build and maintain relationships with case managers, discharge planners, and clinical teams.
Serve as a trusted resource for families and potential residents, offering in-person or phone-based education about our services.
Business Development:
Share referral and conversion metrics with the Regional Director of Business Development (RDBD) and regional leadership.
Work with RDBD to develop and implement data-driven business development plans.
Support facilities in executing community marketing initiatives.
Regulatory & CRM Compliance:
Stay current on Medicare/Medicaid admission and discharge requirements.
Enter lead and account activity into the CRM system daily to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
What We’re Looking For:
Clinical background (RN, LPN, or equivalent preferred) or relevant healthcare marketing/liaison experience.
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and post-acute care landscape.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Ability to travel to target accounts and Aspire facilities daily.
CRM experience preferred.
