Aspire Senior Living is seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Liaison to join our growing team. Clinical Liaison will focus on our target accounts & our Southeast Missouri facilities.
As a Clinical Liaison, you will play a critical role in supporting admissions across our skilled nursing facilities by screening referrals, building relationships with referral partners, and business development to drive census growth through strategic outreach and education.
What We’re Looking For in a Clinical Liaison:
Clinical background (RN, LPN, or equivalent preferred) or relevant healthcare marketing/liaison experience.
Current on Medicare/Medicaid admission and discharge requirements
Strong knowledge of skilled nursing and post-acute care landscape.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Ability to travel to target accounts and Aspire facilities daily.
CRM experience preferred.
