Certified Medication Technician (CMT) Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to residents as prescribed by their physicians
- Perform vital signs checks, including blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation
- Provide basic care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) such as toileting, feeding, and transferring
- Work closely with the nursing team to plan and implement care plans
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and medications
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality care

- Current certification as a Certified Medication Technician (CMT)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and transfer residents as needed
