About the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Role:
Provide comprehensive care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care
Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and documentation
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless resident care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in care delivery
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer medications and treatments as authorized by licensed healthcare professionals
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, enhancing their overall well-being
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, including assistance with mobility and transfers
