Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a compassionate and skilled Dietary Cook to join our team! As a Dietary Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicious and nutritious meals to our residents. Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for residents in accordance with established menus and recipes
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to proper food handling and safety procedures
Ensure that all meals are served in a timely and efficient manner
Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to plan and implement special events and meal functions
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and families
Maintain accurate inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies and food items
Requirements:
Must have Food Handler certification in Missouri
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in food service, preferably in a senior living environment, highly preferred
