Aspire Senior Living Warsaw is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join their in-house rehab team. Our beautiful community offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a great rehab team and plenty of activities for our residents. Flexible shifts available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
- Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long-term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
- Ensure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care
- Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers
- Monitor patient response to treatment intervention
- Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations
Requirements:
- Valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing in MO
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Proven work experience as an Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
