Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:

• Assess and develop treatment plans for residents with speech, language, and cognitive disorders

• Implement and modify evidence-based therapies to meet individual resident needs

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

• Document resident progress and maintain accurate records

• Participate in staff training and education to enhance knowledge and skills

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution

• Possesses current licensure and certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
