Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Meal Preparation and Service: Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines and residents' preferences.
Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and equipment, following health and safety protocols.
Resident Interaction: Engage with residents respectfully, addressing their dietary needs and preferences with a friendly attitude.
Compliance: Adhere to all dietary procedures, facility policies, and state/federal regulations.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Prior experience in a dietary, kitchen, or food service role is a plus, especially in a long-term care or healthcare setting.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
