As a key member of our nursing team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing care services, ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to implement and maintain high-quality nursing care standards
Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure exceptional patient care and resident satisfaction
Conduct daily rounds to monitor resident care and address any concerns or issues promptly
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and experiences
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Foster a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication, collaboration, and teamwork
Requirements:
Current RN license in the state of Missouri
