Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Assist with vital signs and maintain accurate records
Assist with medication administration and vital signs as directed by RN/LPN
Participate in resident care meetings and contribute to the development of resident care plans
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of care
Maintain a clean and organized living environment
Requirements:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification and license in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
