About the Role:
As an Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, including:
Providing direct patient care and assistance with daily living activities
Administering medications and treatments as directed by physicians
Monitoring and reporting resident conditions to ensure timely interventions
Maintaining accurate and complete records of patient care and treatment
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
