Aspire Senior Living Jonesburg mission is to deliver the highest quality personal care services in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Night shift team.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized care plans, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assist with vital signs tracking, medication reminders, and other clinical tasks as needed
Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with residents, families, and colleagues
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and services
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:
Current certification and Active license as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 year of experience as a CNA (or equivalent) preferred
Ability to lift, transfer, and turn residents as needed
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
