Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Responsibilities:
Assist occupational therapists in the design and implementation of individualized treatment plans for residents
Conduct therapeutic activities to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living skills
Use occupational therapy modalities such as adaptive equipment, splinting, and energy conservation techniques
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our residents
Maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment sessions and outcomes

Requirements:
Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) in the state of Missouri
