Aspire Physical Therapy is a specialty outpatient clinic offering pelvic floor physical therapy, concussion rehab, and orthopedic care. We’re a growing, passionate team dedicated to helping patients feel better, move better, and live better—and we’re looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join us!
Our Front Office Coordinator is much more than the person at the front desk. You are a key coordinator of the patient journey at Aspire—from that first phone call to scheduling, insurance questions, payments, and every interaction in between. You help patients feel welcomed, cared for, and confident that they’re in the right place while helping our clinicians and clinic stay organized and running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome every patient with warmth and professionalism—creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their visit
- Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and communicate with provider offices
- Answering incoming phone calls and communicating confidently with patients
- Responding to voicemails and assisting with referral-related calls and tasks
- Collecting copays, coinsurance, deductibles, outstanding balances, and other patient payments
- Communicating insurance benefit information to patients after appropriate training
- Helping patients understand scheduling and basic billing/insurance questions
- Managing multiple tasks throughout the day
- Completing administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Helping maintain an organized, welcoming front office environment
- Support clinic operations by staying one step ahead—anticipating needs, solving small problems before they become big ones, and taking initiative to keep the day running smoothly.
- Uphold confidentiality and maintain an organized, efficient front office space.

- Are dependable, punctual, and take ownership of your responsibilities

Previous medical office, healthcare, insurance, scheduling, or customer service experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Attitude, communication skills, reliability, organization, and willingness to learn are especially important to us.
