Aspire Health Partners, Inc. (Aspire), is a non-profit 501(c)3 behavioral healthcare organization. Aspire Health Partners is Florida’s largest Behavioral Health Non-Profit that provides a full continuum of behavioral healthcare services across six (6) Central Florida Counties; Brevard, Hillsborough, Lake, Orange, Osceola and Seminole.
As Nurse Manager at Aspire Health Partners, your job purpose will be to provide a multitude of essential functions regarding the daily operations of the assigned inpatient programs.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a Therapeutic Mileu
- Conduct monthly staff meetings, education, and in-services
- Monitor staff performance and professionalism
- Monitor program operations, treatment planning, and documentation
- Implement program changes when necessary, maintaining safety and corporate compliance
- Participate in the management of budgetary expenditures
- Effectively participate in the ongoing involvement in program growth and improvement
- Most importantly, all functions must be completed while maintaining high standards of ethical and professional conduct while adhering to agency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Current RN Florida License
- BSN preferred
- Five Years or equivalent previous background in areas of Nursing Supervision
- Level II Background clearance- All Aspire Health Partners Internships and Careers require Level 2 clearance, with Aspire covering fingerprinting costs. Visit https://info.flclearinghouse.c.om to learn more.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver’s license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire Insurance Company, as described in the AHP Corporate Transportation Policy 3.9.1
