The Center for Reproductive Medicine (CRM) has been a leader in treating fertility patients in Central Florida since 1985. We have an immediate opening for a qualified Phlebotomist to fill a full-time position at our Winter Park location. This is an exciting and challenging position with a practice that continues to grow. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organizational skills. This position requires independent judgment as well as the ability to work closely with a team of clinicians. Applicants must have excellent interpersonal skills; capable of multi-tasking and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment; computer and telephone skills required. Infertility and/or Women's Health experience is preferred.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm with rotating Saturdays and holidays

Job Duties Include
- Performs phlebotomy using proper technique and universal precautions.
- Ensures lab specimens are sent to proper labs.
- Documents patient care services utilizing daily logs, patient records, and appropriate outside laboratory forms.
- Comforts patients by anticipating anxieties, answering questions, providing support.
- Phlebotomy diploma REQUIRED. Certification preferred. Must love doing Phlebotomy - all day, every day!!
- at least 1 year of experience performing phlebotomy
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bilingual-Spanish a plus!
