Are you dependable, compassionate, and ready to make a difference? Aspire Caregiving is looking for WEEKEND In-Home Caregivers in the Medford, OR area to support our growing client base. We provide care that allows seniors and individuals with special needs to remain in their homes safely — and we train the right person if you have the heart for this work.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle with active auto insurance (required for client transportation)
- Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
- Weekend and holiday availability required
- Must maintain good personal hygiene
- Willingness to learn and accept training
- Must pass drug test, background check, and skills assessment
- Must be able to attend on-site training assessment on Thursday or Friday (9AM–5PM) at our Bend office
Duties Include:
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Cooking and meal preparation
- Pet care and companionship
- Running errands and grocery shopping
- Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care
- Providing transportation for clients when needed
- Building meaningful relationships with those you serve
