What are the responsibilities and job description for the Make a Difference as a Caregiver – Full or Part-Time Available! position at Aspire Caregiving?
We’re looking for dependable, compassionate female Level3/4 caregivers to join our care team in Ashland, OR, and nearby areas. This position can be full-time or part-time with flexible scheduling available on weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts at $18 per hour, depending on experience. We’re looking for caregivers who are confident, patient, and committed to helping clients live safely and comfortably at home.
In this role, you’ll assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and mobility support. You may also provide medication reminders, transportation to appointments or errands, and companionship to help clients feel supported and connected. A warm attitude, professionalism, and reliability are key to success in this position.
Applicants must be at least 18 years old, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance, and the ability to communicate clearly in English. Level 3 or Level 4 caregiving experience or certification is required. Candidates must also be able to pass a background check and drug test and attend a paid orientation in Medford, held on Thursday or Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
