We’re seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Healthcare Office Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our Medford location. In this leadership role, you’ll manage a small administrative team, support caregivers and clients, and ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient office workflows.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support 2 administrative team members
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and client service coordination
- Manage communications (phone, email, text) with professionalism and urgency
- Audit and maintain caregiver/client files using WellSky and OneDrive
- Track performance metrics (KPIs), review shift logs, and address service issues
- Lead team meetings, check-ins, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with scheduling, recruiting, and nursing teams
- Manage office supplies, invoices, and general workspace organization
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and compliance documentation
- Provide support for employee coaching and performance management
- Occasionally assist with orientations or client visits, as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years in a healthcare administrative or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with multitasking and shifting priorities
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Experience with WellSky, Viventium, or similar platforms (a plus)
