Sales and Customer Representative

Entry-Level Sales & Customer Representative | Full-Time | Paid Training

Aspire Business Consulting, Inc. is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Indianapolis team as an Entry-Level Sales & Customer Representative.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain hands-on experience in sales and customer communication. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing coaching.

What You'll Do:

• Meet and communicate with prospective customers in person throughout the Indianapolis area
• Learn about customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Explain product features, pricing, promotions, and service options
• Answer questions and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Build positive customer relationships
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations throughout the Indianapolis area
• Ability to work in an in-person, customer-facing environment
