Entry Level Sales Representative

This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in sales, customer engagement, and brand representation while offering structured training and ongoing professional development.

Previous sales experience is not required.

What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you'll work directly with prospective customers while representing the products and services of our clients.

Responsibilities include:

• Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
• Educate customers on available products, services, promotions, and current offers
• Provide accurate information and answer customer questions
• Represent client brands in a professional and positive manner
• Build rapport and create positive customer experiences
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training focused on sales, communication, product knowledge, and customer engagement
• Maintain professionalism while interacting with customers, clients, and team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations throughout the Indianapolis area
• Ability to work in an in-person, customer-facing environment
• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends based on business needs
• Authorized to work in the United States
