Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our dynamic mental health and behavioral care team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive mental health and behavioral assessments for individuals of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA).
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions focusing on mental health interventions, trauma recovery (including PTSD care), addiction counseling, and autism spectrum disorder support.
- Engage in crisis intervention to ensure immediate safety and stabilization during acute episodes or emergencies.
- Document clinical encounters accurately following medical documentation standards while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA confidentiality policies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans that incorporate home, community, hospital, and school-based services.
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems efficiently for data collection, patient tracking, and research purposes.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance evidence-based practices within behavioral health and social work fields.
Qualifications
- Valid LCSW-C license with current certification in good standing.
- Proven experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities such as autism or other disabilities.
- Strong background in psychotherapy techniques including motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and crisis management.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, psychiatric patient care standards, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and medical records management.
- Experience working within hospital settings or home & community care environments is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of mental health assessments, psychiatric interventions, substance use disorder treatment, and addiction counseling.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse cultural backgrounds while maintaining clinical confidentiality standards.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for documentation and data collection purposes.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
