About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be accountable for overseeing inventory accuracy and material flow while leading warehouse teams to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time production support.
Shift & Schedule
Shift: 2nd Shift
Hours: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM
Weekend Availability: Required
Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)
- Lead warehouse operations to ensure efficient material flow and support production schedules
- Ensure inventory accuracy through adherence to FIFO/FEFO, expiration controls, and system alignment
- Oversee shipping, receiving, and storage of raw materials and finished goods
- Drive inventory control processes including cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation
- Maintain audit-ready warehouse and freezer environments, including allergen and safety compliance
- Develop, coach, and hold team members accountable for performance and safety standards
- Partner cross-functionally with Production and Scheduling to improve warehouse processes
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
- Forklift experience required (stand-up preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Associate's degree or higher
- SAP and/or SAP WM experience
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and minor equipment adjustments
- Experience supervising warehouse operations in a food or bakery environment
