Core Accountabilities (What You’ll Be Doing)
- Lead daily production line operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time output
- Supervise, schedule, and allocate team resources to meet production goals
- Analyze production performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare and manage production reports, metrics, and data tracking
- Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions to improve safety and processes
- Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members to drive engagement and performance
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 3–4 years of manufacturing experience
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a production environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze data and recommend process improvements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP)
- Experience in a high-volume food manufacturing or bakery environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP or similar systems
- Strong continuous improvement mindset (Lean, Six Sigma exposure)
- Proven track record of team development and performance management
- Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance standards
