Our state-of-the-art dental practice is seeking an energetic, friendly, hard-working, and dedicated team member to join our growing office. This is a one-doctor private practice—no corporate dentistry—with a warm, supportive environment where the days run smoothly and patient care comes first. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Clinical (Dental Assisting):
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during exams and treatment
- Take digital X-rays (and CBCT scans if trained; training available for the right candidate)
- Set up and break down operatories
- Sterilize and maintain instruments and treatment rooms according to regulations
- Perform dental charting and maintain accurate patient records
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and pre- and post-operative instructions
Front Desk / Patient Coordination:
- Greet, seat, and dismiss patients professionally and warmly
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and confirm visits
- Help manage patient flow to keep the schedule running smoothly
- Provide excellent customer service and support a positive patient experience
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure clear communication and teamwork

What We Need From You
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year related dental experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork mindset
License/Certification:
- X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
- CDA (Certified Dental Assistant) (Preferred)
Pay
$18.00 to $22.00 per hour (based on experience and certifications)
Schedule / Office Hours
- Monday: CLOSED
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Some Saturdays per month: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
