Project Estimator / Sales Representative (Contract)
Asphalt Renew is seeking a motivated Project Estimator / Sales Representative to help grow our asphalt maintenance division.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, estimating, and customer service and wants the flexibility of working independently. If you've ever wanted to run your own business without the overhead, this could be the perfect fit.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries
- Meet with customers and perform on-site estimates
- Review project specifications and drawings
- Prepare and submit professional proposals
- Calculate labor, material costs, and profit margins
- Follow up on estimates and close sales
- Schedule projects and communicate with customers
Services You'll Be Estimating
- Asphalt Sealcoating
- Crack Filling
- Parking Lot Striping
- Parking Lot Sign Installation
- Parking Stop Installation
- Other asphalt maintenance services
Compensation
This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position.
You'll earn 10% commission on every job you sell, giving you unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you make.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read project drawings and specifications is a plus
- Basic estimating or construction knowledge preferred
- Self-motivated and organized
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in asphalt maintenance, construction, or sales is a plus, but we're willing to train the right individual.
