About the Job
Aspen Standard Wealth is growing rapidly through acquisition and we're hiring a task-oriented, high-velocity People Experience & Operations Manager to put basic people operations structure in place and keep day-to-day execution moving fast. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on getting things done, building processes, and bringing order to a rapidly scaling environment.
This role is based in Soho, Manhattan.
The pay range for this job is $100,000 to $150,000 a year, depending on experience and skills.

Responsibilities

Core HR Operations
- Run and improve onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent, high-quality employee experience.
- Maintain clean, accurate employee data across all systems.
- Support payroll processes through coordinated inputs and basic audit checks.
- Manage leave, accommodation, and basic compliance workflows.
Process & Documentation
- Create clear, practical playbooks for core HR processes and integrate them into operational tools.
- Document HR and recruiting workflows to drive efficiency and consistency.
- Build and maintain essential HR documentation—checklists, templates, and intranet pages.
Policies & Compliance
- Draft and standardize key HR policies to ensure clarity and alignment across firms.
People Analytics & Insights
- Set up simple People metrics (headcount, hires, exits) to support decision-making.
- Refresh and run the eNPS/pulse survey rhythm to provide actionable insights on employee engagement.
