What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant - Contract Writer position at Aspen Ridge Management?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Contract Writer professional to join our property management team. This role is responsible for drafting and sending all leasing contracts, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining complete and organized digital and physical files. The position also includes entering new tenants into the property management software, responding to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, and supporting the administrative flow of the office.
In addition to contract and administrative duties, this role provides support to the leasing department. Responsibilities include occasionally assisting with resident cleaning checks, property tours, greeting walk-in residents or prospects, and answering questions as needed pertaining to their lease agreement(s). This position plays an important role in maintaining a positive resident experience and supporting the efficiency of the leasing process.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Experience drafting or reviewing contracts is preferred, and familiarity with property management software is a plus, but not necessary. The candidate should demonstrate professional phone and email etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A customer-service-oriented mindset and the ability to interact effectively with residents is essential.
This is a busy property management office and the right candidate must be able to multi-task, be friendly, be honest, learn quickly, stay organized, and must be a hard worker. Some college education is preferred, but not required.
This position is full-time; applicants must be able to work between 8:45 a.m. and 5:15 p.m. Monday-Friday.
